Job summary

Hotelprofessionals is seeking a Duty Management Intern in Amsterdam to help deliver outstanding guest experiences. You start with a briefing, tour the property, help at the front desk and assist with guest amenities, updating information and responding to reviews with care.

Candidates should be coaching others, have a sparkling personality, strong English, and excellent multitasking, with insider knowledge of Amsterdam's hotspots.

Responsibilities

DUTY MANAGEMENT INTERN

Always one step ahead? Detail-oriented and searching for a responsible internship where optimal guest experience is the focal point? Then the Duty Management internship is truly for you!

Are you still with us?

Great! We'd love to take you through a day in the life of our Duty Intern. You start your shift with a briefing with your colleagues. Together you discuss the day ahead. How many check-ins are planned? Do any guests have special requests? You also exchange ideas on how to create little surprises to make our guests feel even more at home. After the briefing, you take a tour of the property. You make sure everything looks perfect and report any technical issues if needed. On the way, you stop by housekeeping for a quick chat and a coffee, while checking which rooms will be cleaned that day. Back at the front desk, you assist wherever you are needed. Maybe you help welcome early arrivals, prepare for guest amenities, or update guest information. Just when you think you have a moment to breathe, you notice new reviews waiting for your attention, and you respond with care and a personal touch.
