Boeva Tech in Athens is seeking a Bilingual Travel Advisor to join our on-site team. You will handle inquiries by phone and email, log interactions, and follow SLA guidelines while supporting travelers worldwide.

This role requires Dutch fluency and strong English, problem-solving, and independence in a fast-paced environment. We offer relocation assistance, a 14-pay salary structure, and remote work options within Greece.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent in Dutch.
• Proficient in English (C1 level).
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
• High School Diploma or higher.

Responsibilities

• Respond to and log inquiries via phone and email with accuracy and professionalism.
• Maintain records of feedback and questions in the CRM.
• Handle client complaints following the escalation policy.
• Resolve calls and emails within SLAs.
• Troubleshoot issues using system knowledge and docs.
• Provide proactive recommendations to improve customer experience.
