Job summary

Apple is seeking a proactive Retail Specialist to represent the brand in a partner store in Leidschendam. You will build customer relationships, share in-depth knowledge of Apple products, and showcase our devices and services.

Deliver an outstanding customer experience, conduct product demonstrations, and stay informed on Apple initiatives shaping the customer journey. Fluency in Dutch and English is required; prior experience in direct sales is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Represent Apple within a single partner store and help customers develop relationships with our brand.
• Share your in-depth knowledge on Apple products directly to customers, work closely with partners, and create new owners of our products.
• Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing our products, accessories, and services.
• Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
• Leverage your curiosity for technology and stay up to date on initiatives impacting the customer journey.
• Ensure that all Apple fixtures, product exposures, and merchandising elements in the store are up to date and maintained according to Apple’s standards.
• Provide daily care and inspection according to guidelines and escalated issues for timely and effective resolution.
• Educate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations, sharing the latest sales promotions, and encouraging adoption of the Apple platform.
