Job summary

Apple Shop in a partner store area is seeking an in-store Channel Store Advisor. You will showcase your ambitious spirit, support sales, merchandising, and store operations, and influence partner staff to advocate for Apple.

The role emphasizes customer service, product knowledge, and driving Apple brand awareness in a multi-branded environment. You will work 32 hours per week, including evenings and weekends, at a location in Hoorn, NL.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related experience.
• Fluency in Dutch and ability to communicate in English.
• Passion for helping customers and partners understand how technology can enrich lives.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to educate and inspire others.
• Strong relationship-building skills to act as a trusted partner at point of sale.

Responsibilities

• Represent Apple within a partner store and help customers develop relationships with the brand.
• Share in-depth knowledge on Apple products and create new owners through demonstrations.
• Provide an amazing customer experience by showcasing products, accessories, and services.
• Proactively seek opportunities to expand awareness for new and existing customers.
• Educate customers by delivering individual and group product demonstrations and sharing promotions.
• Ensure store merchandising standards are maintained and up to date per Apple guidelines.
