Qualifications
- Native or fluent Dutch (spoken and written).
- EU passport holder (valid).
- Experience in IT support or customer service preferred.
Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical assistance to users of search engine services in Dutch.
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical inquiries related to search functionality and digital advertising tools.
- Maintain understanding of evolving IT platforms and search algorithms to guide users accurately.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical system issues.
- Document interactions and findings in the CRM system to improve service delivery.
- Participate in ongoing training to stay updated in IT support.
