Job summary

Rentman seeks a DevOps Engineer to own cloud infrastructure, CI/CD systems, and reliability for Rentman and Crewzone. You will migrate to end-to-end Infrastructure-as-Code, build a robust observability stack, and manage security, IAM, and cost across services.

You will collaborate with P&D, set priorities by outcomes, and contribute to internal tooling through coding. Flexible WFH and an international team support your growth.

Qualifications

• Experience owning the availability and infrastructure of a business critical product or service.
• Led an Infrastructure-as-Code migration of a production AWS estate (Terraform, Pulumi or CDK).
• Designed and operated CI/CD pipelines at product scale (GitHub Actions or equivalent).
• Able to set personal priorities based on outcomes, not tickets.
• Can write code for internal tooling and automation.

Responsibilities

• Own infrastructure health, security posture and cost for Rentman and Crewzone.
• Lead the transition to fully code-defined infrastructure (IaC).
• Set up and maintain staging environments for daily testing.
• Build and own observability stack: monitoring, logging, tracing, dashboards, alerts, uptime KPIs.
• Provide cost/performance insights and concrete recommendations.
