Job summary

WW Talents in Greece is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens or Thessaloniki. You will handle inquiries via phone, email, and chat, provide accurate support, troubleshoot issues, and assist with deliveries, refunds, and claims.

You must have Dutch at C1 and English at B2-C1, be comfortable with CRM tools, and enjoy a fast-paced, multicultural environment. The role is on-site with a full relocation package including hotel for four weeks, airport

Job description

We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, claims support, or support for business customers

Working Location: Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Language: Dutch – C1/C2level
English: B2–C1, depending on the project
Salary: €1,300 gross/month (paid over 14-months)+ bonus(depending on the project)+Full relocation package (4 weekshotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)
Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position

Your Responsibilities
