Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki, Greece. On-site, Monday-Friday with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project.

You will handle inquiries by phone, email and chat; provide accurate support; troubleshoot issues; and use CRM systems to manage cases. Relocation package included with salary €1,300–€1,500 gross/month plus bonus.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on the project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
• Provide accurate and professional customer support.
• Troubleshoot product, service, account, payment, or technical issues.
• Assist with deliveries, repairs, replacements, refunds, and claims.
• Explain product and service information clearly to customers.
• Manage customer interactions and case information using CRM systems and internal tools.
• Escalate complex issues when necessary and follow up until resolution.
• Maintain accurate documentation and meet quality targets.

We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Support Agents to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, claims support, or support for business customers

Working Location: Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Language: Dutch – C1/C2level
English: B2–C1, depending on the project
Salary: €1,300 gross/month (paid over 14-months)+ bonus(depending on the project)+Full relocation package (4 weekshotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)
Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project
