Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Customer Service Specialists to join international teams in Athens or Thessaloniki. On-site roles cover customer service, after-sales support, or technical assistance across projects.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email and chat, providing accurate support, and resolving various issues while maintaining records and quality standards. Relocation and training are provided, with weekend shifts possible.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level, both written and spoken.
• English proficiency at B2–C1 level, depending on the project.
• Strong communication and active listening skills.

Job description

We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Customer Service Specialists to join international teams in Athens and Thessaloniki. Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, claims support, or support for business customers

Working Location: Athens or Thessaloniki, Greece
Work Model: On-site
Language: Dutch – C1/C2level
English: B2–C1, depending on the project
Salary: €1,300 *14-monthsgross/month +bonus(depending on the project)+Full relocation package (4 weekshotel accommodation+airport pick up+flight ticket+real estate agency fee)
Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts. 5 days/week, 8 hours/day, 2 rotative days off.

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position
