Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Own employee relations and case management for the Netherlands team.
• Partner with managers to coach on leadership opportunities, performance development, and team dynamics.
• Manage local absence cases and ensure compliance with Dutch legislation (Wet Verbetering Poortwachter).
• Collaborate with international HR Centres of Excellence to implement global people initiatives locally.
• Drive practical HR solutions and talent initiatives aligned with local business goals.
