Job summary

Unit4 is seeking a Functional Consultant ERPx (Dutch Speaking) to join our Professional Services team in the Netherlands. You will contribute to onboarding, design and delivery of ERP solutions, working closely with customers to drive value and reduce complexity.

Responsibilities include workshops, delivering approved solutions, and supporting upgrades and cloud migrations, with travel as required. Fluency in Dutch and English is essential; finance/IT background is a plus.

Qualifications

• Fluent knowledge of Dutch and English.
• Excellent technology affinity and IT interest.
• Strong business analysis with attention to detail.
• Self-starter with a positive attitude and ability to work under pressure.
• Background/experience in Finance and Management or IT.

Responsibilities

• Engage in the sales handover and project onboarding with the wider project team.
• Implement quality ERP customer solutions that meet design and strategic objectives, focusing on reducing complexity and costs.
• Participate in and lead workshops; prioritize requirements for customer success.
• Deliver the approved customer solution using templates as applicable.
• Collaborate with wider delivery teams to ensure projects meet design, schedule and budget as per the plan.
• Support customer solution reviews and health checks to identify opportunities to expand Unit4 footprint.
• Engage in upgrades and cloud migrations for existing customers.
• Stay current on new technologies and legislation, sharing knowledge internally and externally.
• Identify improvements to models and functionality with senior consultants.
• Embrace continuous learning to grow knowledge in new areas.
