Next Job Abroad seeks a Dutch-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join an iGaming team in Malta. You will handle sportsbook and online casino inquiries via phone, chat, and email, owning cases from start to finish and collaborating with Payments, Fraud, and Compliance teams.

Expect shift work, hybrid model, and up to 40 days/year fully remote. Excellent English and Dutch communication are required, with at least 1 year in customer support. Visa eligibility for Malta is mandatory.

Qualifications

• Excellent communication in Dutch and good English (spoken and written).
• Min. 1 year of customer support experience in a call center.
• Structured and analytical mindset; ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Support customers via phone, live chat, and email.
• Resolve payment and withdrawal inquiries.
• Process KYC documentation and customer verification.
