Job summary

The Lemon Consulting in Athens, Greece, is seeking a Customer Service Representative to handle client contacts, answer queries, and support accommodation partners. You will work on-site with a Monday–Sunday shift, 9 AM–12 AM, with a 2-day off policy and relocation assistance.

Excellent Dutch and English skills are required, along with strong MS Office proficiency. Benefits include a generous package, travel and accommodation support, and meal allowances.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent in Dutch and fluent in English (at least B2 level)
• Tech savvy and full proficiency with MS Office products
• Resident of Greece or ability to relocate under short notice
• Working schedule: shift rotation, Monday to Sunday, 9 AM–12 AM (midnight) with 2 days off per week

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming contacts from clients / guests
• Serve as the main point of contact via telephone, ensuring efficient call handling and clear, professional communication
• Develop knowledge to effectively answer customer queries and resolve issues
• Act as focal point for accommodation partners by answering questions about rooms, rates and availability
• Use tools and processes to provide accurate, valid, and complete information
• Ensure high levels of client service and a positive experience for partners
