Job summary

The Lemon Consulting is seeking a Customer Service Representative in Athens to handle client and guest contacts, ensuring professional communication and timely responses. The role includes working shifts, providing accurate information, and supporting accommodation partners with rates and availability.

Relocation support is offered along with a generous benefits package, including 25 days of annual leave and meal allowances.

Qualifications

• Native/fluent in Dutch and fluent in English (B2 or higher).
• Ability to cover morning, weekend and afternoon shifts on rotation.
• Tech savvy with MS Office products.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming contacts from clients/guests.
• Serve as main point of contact via telephone with clear, professional communication.
• Continuously develop knowledge to answer queries and resolve issues.
• Be focal point for accommodation partners by answering questions about rooms, rates, availability, and extranet usage.
• Use tools and processes to provide accurate, complete information.
• Deliver high levels of client service and a positive experience for partners.
