Job summary

The Lemon Consulting in Athens, Greece, is seeking a Customer Service Representative for a full-time, on-site role with an initial 3-week onsite training. You will be the main contact for clients and guests by phone, ensuring clear, professional communication and timely issue resolution.

Fluency in Dutch and English (B2+), solid MS Office skills, and willingness to cover rotating morning, weekend, and afternoon shifts are essential.

Qualifications

• Dutch native or fluent and English fluent (B2+).
• Able to cover morning, weekend and afternoon shifts.
• Tech-savvy with MS Office.
• Relocation to Greece on short notice.
• Excellent communication and customer service mindset.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming contacts from clients/guests.
• Serve as main contact via telephone with clear, professional communication.
• Develop knowledge to answer queries and resolve issues.
• Act as focal point for accommodation partners on room modifications, rates and availability.
• Use tools and processes to provide accurate information.
• Ensure high levels of client service and positive partner experience.
