Job summary

The Lemon Consulting seeks a Customer Service Representative in Athens, Greece for full-time, on-site work with a path to work from home after completing a 3-week onsite training. You will handle all incoming client contacts, serve as the main telephone contact, and help partners with rooms, rates and availability. The role requires Dutch and English fluency, includes relocation support, 25 days of annual leave, meal allowance and a performance bonus after training.

Qualifications

• Native or fluent Dutch and fluent English (B2+), both written and spoken.
• Ability to explain product/service expertise clearly.
• Willingness to cover morning, weekend and afternoon shifts on rotation.
• Proficient with MS Office products.
• Residence in Greece or ability to relocate on short notice.

Responsibilities

• Handle all incoming contacts from clients/guests.
• Serve as main point of contact via telephone with clear, professional communication.
• Continuously develop knowledge to answer queries and resolve issues.
• Be focal point for accommodation partners by answering questions about rooms, rates and availability.
• Use tools and processes to provide accurate information.
• Ensure high levels of client service and a positive partner experience.
