About the role

bloomon Customer Delight team looks after our wonderful customers. We work around the clock to support and delight our customers at every turn.

Responsibilities

• Handle phone calls, providing quick solutions and customer support.
• Respond to WhatsApp messages and e‑mail queries regarding flowers, deliveries, and add‑ons.
• Maintain and review e‑mail and webcare tickets, ensuring timely resolution.
• Participate in daily quality evaluations and performance reviews with the team lead.
• Collaborate with evening crews to coordinate deliveries.

Requirements

• MBO/HBO/WO education.
• Available for 40 hours a week with flexibility.
• Strong communication and writing skills in Dutch/German/Danish (native) and conversational English.
• Customer‑service experience preferred.
• Proactive, friendly, solution‑oriented attitude.

Working Hours & Conditions

• Shifts between 09:00 and 22:30, Monday–Sunday, including bank holidays.
• At least one evening shift per week and 1–2 weekends per month.
• Hourly flexibility required.
