WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Client Service Representatives to join international teams. The role is fully remote from Greece with training, onboarding and development support. You will provide customer support across phone, email, and chat, handling inquiries on products and services.

Fluent Dutch (C1/C2) and English (B2-C1) are required, with a professional, customer-focused approach. Relocation or visa sponsorship is not mentioned.

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat.
• Handle inquiries about products, orders, payments, warranties, and repairs.
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims.
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide product setup.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions.
• Create and manage customer cases in CRM systems.
• Investigate issues and escalate when necessary.
• Provide timely updates regarding cases.
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain accurate records.
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to resolve inquiries.
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach.

Job description

Work remotely anywhere in Greecewhile enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle.We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Client Service Representatives to join international teams in Greece. Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, roadside assistance, claims support, or support for business customers.

Working Location:This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.
Work Model: Remote
Language: Dutch – C1/C2 level
English: B2–C1, depending on the project
Compensation:€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months)+ performance-based bonus
Relocation Package:4 weeks of hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee
Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project (8 hours/day; 5 days/week)

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.

Your Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through product setup and configuration
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide appropriate solutions
• Create and manage customer cases accurately in CRM systems
• Investigate customer issues and determine the most appropriate solution
• Escalate complex cases to the relevant internal teams when necessary
• Provide customers with timely updates regarding their cases
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain accurate customer records
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to research information and resolve inquiries
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach in every interaction

Requirements

• C1/C2 level of Dutch
• B2–C1 level of English, depending on the project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities
• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach
• Ability to remain calm and professional when handling challenging customer situations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced international environment
• Basic familiarity with CRM systems and digital tools is an advantage
