Job summary

WW Talents is seeking Dutch-speaking Client Service Representatives to join international teams in Greece. The role is fully remote from Greece, with a Monday–Friday schedule and occasional weekend shifts depending on the project.

Responsibilities include handling inquiries via phone, email, and chat, providing after-sales support, troubleshooting, and managing cases in CRM systems. Candidates should be strong communicators with Dutch and English proficiency and a customer-focused mindset.

Qualifications

• C1/C2 level of Dutch
• B2–C1 level of English, depending on the project
• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Customer-oriented and solution-focused approach
• Ability to remain calm and professional in challenging situations
• Basic familiarity with CRM and digital tools (advantage)

Responsibilities

• Provide customer support via phone, email, and chat
• Handle inquiries related to products, services, orders, deliveries, payments, warranties, and repairs
• Provide after-sales support and assist with returns, replacements, refunds, and warranty claims
• Troubleshoot basic technical issues and guide customers through setup and configuration
• Handle customer complaints professionally and provide solutions
• Create and manage customer cases accurately in CRM systems
• Investigate issues and determine appropriate solutions
• Escalate complex cases to internal teams when necessary
• Provide timely updates to customers on their cases
• Complete back-office tasks and maintain accurate records
• Use internal tools and knowledge bases to resolve inquiries
• Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach in every interaction

Work remotely anywhere in Greecewhile enjoying the Mediterranean lifestyle.We are looking for Dutch-Speaking Client Service Representatives to join international teams in Greece. Depending on the project, you may provide customer service, after-sales support, technical assistance, roadside assistance, claims support, or support for business customers.

Working Location:This role is only remote in Greece. Work remotely anywhere in Greece.
Work Model: Remote
Language: Dutch – C1/C2 level
English: B2–C1, depending on the project
Compensation:€1,300 gross/month (paid over 14 months)+ performance-based bonus
Relocation Package:4 weeks of hotel accommodation, airport pick-up, flight ticket, and real estate agency fee
Working Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend shifts depending on the project (8 hours/day; 5 days/week)

Applicants must already have the legal right to work in Greece. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.
