Job summary

Lever, Inc. seeks a Coding Specialist and AI Trainer fluent in Dutch for a freelance contract based in the Netherlands.

You’ll apply software engineering expertise to evaluate model reasoning and coding solutions across algorithms, architecture, and systems programming. You will document reproducible failures, provide structured feedback, and contribute to AI systems that support software development, research, and education.

Qualifications

Strong professional coding or software engineering expertise across algorithms, data structures, software architecture, frontend or backend development, cloud infrastructure, or systems programming.
Fluent Dutch language skills for technical communication.
Strong understanding of software concepts and ability to evaluate code.

Responsibilities

Engage with advanced AI models on software engineering tasks and coding challenges in Dutch.
Evaluate model responses for technical accuracy and coding quality.
Assess AI performance across algorithms, data structures, architecture, frontend/backend, cloud, and systems programming.
Document model failure modes with detailed reproducible steps.
Provide structured feedback to improve reasoning, coding, and evaluation methodologies.
Explain technical reasoning clearly and demonstrate analytical processes.
