Job summary

Obsidian is hiring bilingual Dutch and English speakers in the Netherlands to help improve the safety of advanced AI models. You will write expert prompts in Dutch, apply structured guidelines, classify prompts and conversations, and document the reasoning behind your judgments.

Starting immediately, you must be based in the Netherlands, have native-level Dutch (Netherlands variety) and business‑level English, and hold a bachelor’s degree (completed or in progress). Training will be provided.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native fluency in Dutch (Netherlands variety).
• Business-level written English.
• Based in the Netherlands.
• Bachelor's degree, completed or in progress.
• Strong written reasoning and attention to detail.
• Sound judgment around sensitive and dual-use information.

Responsibilities

• Write expert prompts in Dutch across sensitive topics.
• Apply guidelines to classify prompts and conversations.
• Flag adversarial phrasings and document judgments.
