Job summary

Jobgether SRL is seeking a Coding Specialist and AI Trainer fluent in Dutch for a freelance, remote project based in the Netherlands. You will assess AI-generated software solutions, provide structured feedback, and document failure modes to improve model performance.

The role blends software engineering expertise with Dutch-language communication and precise technical evaluation. You will engage with complex programming challenges, reason about architecture and design, and report findings

Qualifications

Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or closely related field preferred.
Real-world software development experience or open-source contributions is a plus.

Responsibilities

Engage with advanced AI models on software engineering tasks and coding challenges in Dutch.
Evaluate model responses for logical accuracy, technical correctness, and coding quality.
Assess AI performance across algorithms, data structures, software architecture, and cloud infrastructure.
Challenge models with topics including asynchronous programming, REST APIs, memory management, and distributed systems debugging.
Verify the naturalness and correctness of Dutch language usage in technical interactions.
