Job summary

Jimmy Choo Amsterdam is seeking a Dutch-speaking Sales Associate for a Part Time 32-hour role to deliver exceptional service in a luxury environment. You will embody the selling ceremony, build client relationships, and maintain visual merchandising standards.

Requirements include proven luxury fashion sales experience, fluent Dutch and English, and a proactive attitude. Mandarin is a plus. Responsibilities include stock support, events, and achieving store targets.

Qualifications

• Demonstrable success as a sales consultant within a luxury brand, especially in shoes or ready to wear.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Fluent Dutch and English; Mandarin speaker considered a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service following the Selling Ceremony.
• Demonstrate product knowledge and fashion expertise to drive sales.
• Build and maintain a client database for repeat visits and loyalty.
• Support stock replenishment and adherence to VM standards.
• Participate in store meetings, events, and promotions.
• Assist back-of-house and store operations as required.
