PVH Corp. stores, including TOMMY HILFIGER, are seeking a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer service and fashion guidance in a luxury retail environment in Amsterdam. You will engage with customers, build outfits, and provide product recommendations to enhance the shopping experience.

You will be part of a team that values speed, initiative, and guest satisfaction, supporting store KPIs and maintaining a premium store presentation across busy periods.

Qualifications

• Hospitality/retail experience preferred.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build relationships.
• Able to adapt quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• Interest in fashion/retail.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate in-depth product knowledge and drive sales through link selling.
• Outfit build for customers and product recommendations to drive store KPIs.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with customers to secure regular clientele.
• Be a Brand Ambassador with keen interest in current fashion and market trends.
• Ensure shop and stock room maintenance, presentation and organization.
• Show flexibility and innovation in response to changing business conditions, especially during peak times.
