Qualifications

• Master degree completed.
• Previous recruiting experience.
• Strong interest in talent acquisition, HR, or consulting industry recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication in English & Dutch.
• Highly organized with strong attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities.
• Proactive, service-oriented mindset with collaborative approach across teams.
• Demonstrated ability to learn quickly in a fast-paced environment.
• AI curiosity and learning mindset — explores AI tools to improve day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interview coordination, and communication.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews and recruitment events.
• Maintain ATS records with data accuracy and confidentiality.
• Draft and send candidate communications, offers, and feedback summaries.
• Assist with campus and virtual recruiting events (logistics, outreach, follow-up).
• Support recruitment reporting and basic analytics on pipeline, time-to-hire, and source effectiveness.
• Contribute to employer branding initiatives and recruitment marketing content.
• Support ad-hoc local HR/recruiting projects and process improvements.
