WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking outbound sales specialist to join our international team, based on-site in Athens, Greece. The role centers on lead generation, business development and building a strong sales pipeline.

You’ll conduct outbound calls and emails to qualify opportunities, present cloud solutions, and move prospects toward close. Fluency in Dutch (C1) and English (C1) are required, with solid communication and CRM experience.

Formación

• Dutch language proficiency at C1 level
• Business English proficiency at C1 level
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills
• Strong accountability and motivation
• Good PC skills with online tools
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy

Responsabilidades

• Engage with prospective and existing business customers through outbound calls and emails to generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
• Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads and interactions.
• Work toward KPIs and sales targets.
