Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-Speaking Outbound Sales Specialist to join an international team in Athens, Greece. The role centers on outbound sales, lead generation, and business development for SMBs, generating and qualifying opportunities.

You will work on-site with a €1,400 gross monthly salary for 14 months, plus a quarterly bonus and relocation package (hotel, airport pickup, flight, and real estate assistance). Fluent Dutch and English are required.

Qualifications

Dutch proficiency at C1 level is required.
Business English proficiency at C1 level is required.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and existing business customers through outbound phone calls and emails to generate and qualify sales leads.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
Identify opportunities for business growth.
Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
Work toward agreed KPIs, including service levels and sales targets.
