Job summary

WW Talents in Athens, Greece is seeking a Dutch-speaking outbound sales specialist to join an international team. The role focuses on outbound calls, lead generation, and building a strong pipeline of opportunities for cloud solutions.

Fluency in Dutch and English at C1 level is required, with prior sales or BD experience preferred. The position offers on-site work with a 14-month €1,400 gross monthly salary plus a quarterly bonus up to 60% of a gross monthly salary and a full relocation package

Qualifications

Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
Business English proficiency at C1 level.
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
Strong accountability and motivation.
Good PC skills and confidence using online tools and applications.
Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.

Responsibilities

Engage with prospective and existing business customers through outbound phone calls and emails to generate and qualify sales leads.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
Identify opportunities for business growth.
Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
Work toward agreed KPIs, including service levels and sales targets.
