WW Talents is recruiting a Dutch-speaking outbound sales specialist to join an international team supporting small and medium-sized businesses for a global industry leader. The role emphasizes outbound calls, lead gen, and business development with a focus on qualifying opportunities.

Work location is Athens, Greece on-site; required Dutch C1/C2 and English C1; compensation is €1,400 gross per month for 14 months plus a relocation package and bonus opportunities.

Formación

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• Business English proficiency at C1 level.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Strong accountability and motivation.
• Good PC skills and confidence using online tools and applications.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Engage with prospective and existing business customers through outbound phone calls and emails to generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
• Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
• Work toward agreed KPIs, including service levels and sales targets.
