Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join an international team supporting SMBs for a global leader in the industry. The role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, and business development to generate and qualify sales opportunities.

Work location is Athens, Greece, on-site, with a fully relocation package including hotel, airport pickup, flight, and real estate support. Dutch C1/C2 and English C1 are required, plus a strong drive and CRM familiarity.

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• Business English proficiency at C1 level.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound phone calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
• Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
• Work toward agreed KPIs, including service levels and sales targets.
