WW Talents is looking for a Dutch-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join an international team supporting small and medium-sized businesses for a global leader in the industry. This role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, and business development, with emphasis on generating and qualifying sales opportunities.

Work location is Athens, Greece (on-site) with a full relocation package. Compensation includes €1,400 gross per month for 14 months, a quarterly bonus, and a transportation

Qualificações

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• Business English proficiency at C1 level.
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or business development is preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Good persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Strong accountability and motivation.
• Typing speed of at least 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.

Responsabilidades

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound phone calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
• Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
• Work toward agreed KPIs, including service levels and sales targets.
