Job summary

WW Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Inside Sales Representative to join an international team in Athens, Greece. The role focuses on outbound sales, lead generation, and business development, with a strong emphasis on generating and qualifying sales opportunities.

You will work on building a robust pipeline, identifying decision-makers, presenting cloud products, and using CRM systems to manage leads. The position offers a 14-month, €1,400 gross monthly salary with bonuses and relocation

Qualifications

• Dutch proficiency at C1 level.
• Business English at C1 level.
• Experience in sales, customer service, or business development preferred.
• Familiarity with CRM systems is an advantage.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Persuasion and negotiation skills.
• Strong accountability and motivation.
• Good PC skills and confidence with online tools.
• Typing speed 25 WPM with 85% accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Contact prospective and existing business customers through outbound phone calls and emails.
• Generate and qualify sales leads.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified business opportunities.
• Identify decision-makers and understand their business needs.
• Present relevant cloud products, solutions, and upgrades.
• Educate customers about the benefits of available solutions.
• Identify opportunities for business growth.
• Use CRM systems to manage leads and customer interactions.
• Work toward agreed KPIs, including service levels and sales targets.
