Job summary

CareTalent is recruiting Registered Nurses for placements in leading Dutch hospitals. The program begins with a full Dutch language course and a structured integration plan, followed by a 2-year commitment in the chosen specialization (Emergency/ICU, Pediatric/NICU, Recovery/PACU, or O&G).

You will train in a Dutch hospital setting, gain certification, and progress through a defined training path with mentorship, salary progression, and relocation support.

Qualifications

EU citizenship required.
Bachelor's degree in Nursing required.
English proficiency at least B2 level.
Willingness to achieve Dutch language level B2 or higher.
At least 2 years of hospital experience in the specified specialization.

Responsibilities

Participate in a structured training program in a Dutch hospital.
Provide nursing care within the chosen specialization (CEU/ED/ICU/CCU, Pediatric/NICU, PACU, or O&G) under supervision.
Develop advanced skills in acute care, post-operative care, and neonatal care as applicable.
Work with multidisciplinary teams to ensure high-quality patient care.
