Cross Border Talents is seeking a Google Sales Specialist to onboard newly signed advertisers and craft effective digital advertising strategies. You will work with clients to align goals, set up campaigns, and optimize for growth.

The role requires Dutch (C2) and English (C1), at least one year in sales or marketing, strong communication and analytical skills, and a passion for marketing technology. Hybrid work, relocation support, and a competitive compensation package are offered.

Responsibilities

• Onboard and manage a portfolio of newly onboarded advertisers.
• Understand client objectives and propose tailored advertising solutions.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize PPC and digital ad campaigns.
• Build long-term client relationships via calls, meetings, and email.
• Provide expert guidance to improve campaign performance and ROI.
• Identify opportunities for upselling and account growth.
• Monitor KPIs and leverage data-driven insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process.
• Stay informed about digital advertising trends and platform updates.
• Provide strategic advice and results-focused solutions for clients.
