Job summary

BlueView Talent is seeking a Google Sales Specialist to onboard newly acquired advertisers and develop effective digital advertising strategies. You will work with clients to set goals, recommend solutions, and guide campaigns from setup to optimization.

In this role you will manage campaigns, build lasting relationships through calls and meetings, and identify opportunities to upsell while driving ROI. A hybrid work setup and relocation assistance are offered to support collaboration and growth.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of professional experience in sales or marketing.
• Fluent in Dutch and English.
• Strong leadership, communication, and analytical skills.
• Curious, motivated, and eager to continue learning and developing professionally.

Responsibilities

• Onboard newly acquired advertisers and guide account setup and activation.
• Understand clients’ business objectives, target audiences, and challenges to recommend tailored advertising solutions.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize PPC and digital advertising campaigns based on client goals.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients via phone calls, virtual meetings, and email.
• Provide expert guidance and actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, account growth, and additional advertising solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and use data-driven insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an efficient onboarding process and excellent client experience.
• Stay informed about digital advertising trends, platform updates, industry developments, and emerging technologies.
• Support long-term client success by providing strategic advice, valuable insights, and results-focused solutions.
