Job summary
Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a Dutch-speaking Digital Sales Specialist to help SMBs grow with Google Ads and online campaigns. Relocation bonus is provided and hybrid work is available.
You will engage clients by phone and email, advise on digital advertising solutions, identify sales opportunities, and use Salesforce and Excel to manage your pipeline. Fluency in Dutch (C1+) and English (B2) is required, with at least 6 months in sales or digital marketing.
Qualifications
- 6+ months of experience in sales, account management, or digital marketing.
- Dutch (C1+) and strong English (B2) required.
- Experience with Google Ads is a strong plus.
Responsibilities
- Engage with new and existing SMB clients via phone and email to understand their business needs.
- Advise customers on growth with Google Ads and online advertising solutions.
- Identify sales opportunities, from acquiring new advertisers to upselling existing accounts.
- Use client data to create tailored recommendations that drive real results.
- Collaborate with account managers to ensure long-term customer success.
- Work with tools like Salesforce and Excel to manage your pipeline and track performance.
