Job summary

Cross Border Talents in Barcelona is seeking a Dutch-speaking Digital Sales Specialist to help SMBs grow with Google Ads and online campaigns. You will engage new and existing clients by phone and email, advise on advertising solutions, and manage your pipeline using Salesforce and Excel.

Relocation bonus is provided and hybrid work options are available. The ideal candidate has at least 6 months in sales or digital marketing, strong Dutch (C1+) and English (B2), and excellent consultative

Qualifications

Dutch (C1+) and English (B2) proficiency required.
At least 6 months’ experience in sales, account management, or digital marketing.
Experience with Google Ads or online advertising is a strong plus.
Excellent communication and consultative sales skills.
Ability to translate client needs into effective advertising solutions.

Responsibilities

Engage with new and existing SMB clients via phone and email to understand their business needs.
Advise customers on how to grow with Google Ads and online advertising solutions.
Identify sales opportunities from acquiring new advertisers to upselling existing accounts.
Use client data to create tailored recommendations that drive real results.
Collaborate with account managers to ensure long-term customer success.
Work with Salesforce and Excel to manage your pipeline and track performance.
