Cross Border Talents is seeking a Google Sales Specialist to support newly onboarded advertisers, guiding them through onboarding and campaign setup. You will work with clients to understand goals and propose Google Ads solutions, building trust and driving adoption.

The role emphasizes data-driven optimization, collaboration with internal teams, and opportunities for growth, including upselling and expanding advertising solutions.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing.
• Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1).
• Strong leadership, analytical mindset, and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of newly onboarded advertisers and ensure a smooth account setup and activation process.
• Understand clients’ business objectives, target audiences, and challenges to recommend tailored advertising solutions.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize PPC and digital advertising campaigns based on client goals.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients through phone calls, virtual meetings, and email.
• Provide expert guidance and actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, account growth, and additional advertising solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and use data-driven insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure an efficient onboarding process and excellent client experience.
• Stay informed about digital advertising trends, platform updates, industry developments, and emerging technologies.
• Support long-term client success by providing strategic advice, valuable insights, and results-focused solutions.
