Job summary

Cross Border Talents in the Netherlands seeks a Google Sales Specialist to onboard and guide newly acquired advertisers through setup, launch, and optimization of digital campaigns. You’ll tailor solutions, build lasting client relationships, and drive measurable ROI while identifying growth opportunities across campaigns.

You’ll work with an international team in a hybrid setup, coordinating with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding, strong client satisfaction, and ongoing strategic input

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year of professional experience in sales or marketing.
• Fluent in Dutch (C2) and English (C1).
• Strong leadership, analytical mindset and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of newly onboarded advertisers and ensure a smooth account setup and activation.
• Understand clients’ business objectives, target audiences, and challenges to recommend tailored advertising solutions.
• Create, launch, manage, and optimize PPC and digital advertising campaigns based on client goals.
• Build strong, long-term relationships with clients via phone, video meetings and email.
• Provide expert guidance and actionable recommendations to improve campaign performance and maximize ROI.
• Identify opportunities for upselling, account growth, and additional advertising solutions.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and use data-driven insights to improve results.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a smooth onboarding process and excellent client experience.
• Stay informed about digital advertising trends and platform updates.
