Job summary

Cross Border Talents is seeking a Dutch-speaking Google Ads Onboarding Account Manager to join our international team in Barcelona on a hybrid, full-time basis. You will onboard new Dutch clients to Google Ads, craft high-performing PPC campaigns, and build strong relationships to reduce churn and drive growth.

Relocation support included: 1 month accommodation in Barcelona, private health insurance, and a vibrant international office at World Trade Center Barcelona.

Qualifications

• 2+ years experience in sales, marketing, or account management.
• Ability to work independently and deliver measurable results.
• Experience with CRM systems, marketing technologies, and AI tools.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Deep understanding of the German market, culture, GDPR, and business practices.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments.

Responsibilities

• Build, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns.
• Conduct outbound calls to guide new customers through onboarding.
• Understand client goals and propose tailored solutions.
• Drive budget growth and upselling.
• Maintain accurate CRM data and manage a high volume of clients.
