Job summary

European Cultural Foundation (ECF) in Amsterdam seeks a Digital Communications Coordinator fluent in Dutch to join a small, agile team. You will drive day-to-day online strategies, collaborate with internal teams, and shape long-term digital communications.

The role requires 2+ years in digital communications, strong copywriting, and proficiency with WordPress, MailChimp, and design tools. Hybrid work with a 4-day week option and a pro-rated salary applies.

Qualifications

Minimum 2 years of experience in digital communications or marketing.
Excellent written and verbal communication in English and Dutch.
Experience in non-profit or cultural organization.
Strong copywriting and editing skills.
Experience with content management systems, newsletters (MailChimp) and CRM databases.
Experience with WordPress, Canva, Adobe or similar tools.

Responsibilities

Create and upload content on various websites.
Monitor website analytics and social media traffic to grow reach.
Draft internal and external reports on digital communications data.
Identify opportunities to improve efficiency and user experience through tracking tools.
Contribute to newsletters and in audio/video editing.
Stay updated on new trends in digital communications.
Maintain and optimize the digital communications system.
