Qualifications

• Assist players via phone, chat, and email regarding account queries and payments.
• Own the player's journey from start to finish, resolving cases fully.
• Approve withdrawals, handle KYC, and conduct daily security checks.
• Share insights with internal teams to improve processes and products.
• Contribute to a high-performing team atmosphere and meet service targets.
