Qualifications

• Native or C1 Dutch proficiency required for effective communication.
• B2 English proficiency ensures understanding of customer needs.
• Prior experience in call centres or roadside assistance is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for truck breakdown inquiries.
• Manage cases within the CRM system efficiently.
• Dispatch assistance while analyzing breakdown situations.
• Provide timely support across multiple communication channels.
• Document interactions and resolve issues effectively.

Skills

Native or C1 level proficiency in Dutch

B2 level proficiency in English

Strong PC knowledge, including MS Office

Typing speed of at least 25 words per minute with 85% accuracy
