Project Summary
The Jordan-Netherlands Tech Connect project is a market-enabling initiative that bridges the ICT talent gap faced by Dutch technology SMEs with the underemployed, highly educated digital youth in Jordan. The project creates sustainable commercial partnerships that generate jobs, digital exports, and long-term ecosystem linkages between the two countries.
Project Targets and Expected Outcomes

- 500 Jordanian youth trained across 10 high-demand digital skills tracks.
- 15 commercial partnerships established between Jordanian and Dutch companies by project end.
- 10 commercial contracts signed and active by project end.
- EUR 1 million in export value generated from Jordanian ICT services to the Netherlands.
- 150 direct jobs supported or created for Jordanian youth.
