Job summary

Partners for Good in Amsterdam seeks a Dutch-Based Project Liaison to serve as the on-ground representation for the Jordan-Netherlands Tech Connect project. This senior, part-time role will build Dutch SME partnerships and coordinate with ecosystem organizations to ensure active engagement across all four project phases.

The position evolves from light collaboration in early phases to intensive matchmaking, pilots and scaling in Years 3–4, with ongoing reporting to the Project Director in Amman.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred in related field.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in business development, international trade, or private sector development.
• Familiarity with Dutch government development and trade policy frameworks is strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Dutch SME relationship management and pipeline development target (40+ by Year 2).
• Stakeholder and ecosystem coordination with Dutch partners and networks.
• Event and exchange-visit management including workshops, matchmaking, and forums.
• Market intelligence and donor reporting, including annual trends reports.
• Jordan-Netherlands Working Group support and coordination of Dutch contributions.
• Finance and compliance coordination for Netherlands-based activities.
