Job summary

Kibbi Technologies Inc. is seeking an Operations Supervisor to coordinate driver operations with a strong emphasis on safety, service, and regulatory compliance. The role supports the driver coordination team, assists in training, and ensures adherence to company policies.

Based in St. John's or Corner Brook, NL, with occasional cross-island travel, the position requires 3–5 years in dispatch or logistics and a leadership mindset.

Qualifications

• Post-secondary education in Logistics or Business Administration is an asset.
• 3–5 years in dispatch, transportation coordination, or logistics with at least 1 year in a lead role.

Responsibilities

• Safety, compliance, and operational processes: foster a culture of safety and document SOPs.
• Driver and team support: address issues, train new staff, and travel cross-island as needed.
• Customer service and communication: respond to escalated complaints and maintain professional communication.
• Operational coverage and support: provide after-hours coverage and assist Seaboard operations.
