Job summary

Capri Holdings Limited in Venlo invites a Distribution Development Engineer to lead end-to-end supply chain transformation projects from analysis to go-live, coordinating with IT and operations and ensuring smooth handover to BAU. • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Logistics, or a related field.
• At least 3 years of relevant experience.
• Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated experience in engineering, project management, and process planning.
• Solid understanding of supply chain, transport, warehousing, and operations.

Responsibilities

• Develop high-level business cases to present projects to senior leadership and secure support.
• Lead projects from analysis through go-live and handover to operations.
• Support transition from project mode to BAU and update documentation.
• Liaise with project sponsor on priorities, budgeting, and resources.
• Manage execution of project plans and deliver milestones.
• Act as project lead and hands-on contributor, driving progress.
• Partner with IT on project execution and benefits validation.
• Track cost savings post-implementation and ensure results.
• Apply Lean and Six Sigma methods to ensure fact-based analyses.
• Support Lean journey and continuous improvement through training and audits.
