Job summary

VIA Logistics Professionals is assisting a high-volume, automated distribution center in the Roermond region to recruit a Distribution Center Manager. You will own site performance and guide the organization through the next phase of automation, digitalization and process improvement.

You will lead operations, strategy and organisational development, drive performance and oversee automation initiatives with IT and Supply Chain teams. English fluency is required; Dutch is an advantage.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Logistics, Operations Management, Engineering or a related field.
• Strong experience in warehouse and distribution center operations.
• Proven track record in change management and operational transformation projects.
• Experience with warehouse automation and advanced distribution technologies.
• Strong analytical skills with a process-driven mindset.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills in an international environment.
• Fluent English; Dutch is considered an advantage.
