Job summary

MiniMed is seeking an experienced Ship/Rec/Stores Clerk III for our Distribution Center in Heerlen, the Netherlands. You will handle shipping, receiving, and storage tasks, support day-to-day operations, and guide colleagues in procedures.

This on-site role requires independent work and process improvement initiatives. The ideal candidate has 4+ years in logistics, strong attention to detail, and good Dutch/English communication.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 4 years in logistics, warehousing, shipping, or distribution.
• Broad knowledge of warehouse processes and procedures.
• Proficient with computer systems to register and track shipments.
• Dutch and/or English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform shipping, receiving and storage activities in the Distribution Center.
• Receive incoming materials and prepare products for shipment.
• Verify quantities, weights and documentation; report discrepancies.
• Register and track materials and shipments using computer systems.
• Provide guidance and training to colleagues.
• Identify areas for improvement and propose practical solutions.
• Support special projects within the Distribution Center.
• Communicate with internal and external contacts to support operations.
