Qualifications

• Bachelors in Electrical/related field; Master’s preferred.
• 10+ years of engineering experience in industrial automation or OT.
• 5+ years of engineering leadership experience managing managers and teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead regional Project Engineering across Europe.
• Ensure delivery of complex utility OT solutions (SCADA/EMS/GMS/DMS/OMS).
• Establish governance, standards, and metrics for delivery.
• Collaborate with Sales, PM, Product and executive leadership.
